CAn someone explaine me why my orders, are not accepted when the price meets my requirements?

Eg.  I ordered 100.000 Doge coins for doge/btc 0.00000014, and this morning there was a dump till 0.00000001 and no orders processed
I ordered 0.30 btc for 0.0000098 doge/btc, price met demans and the order didn't get processed
