Dont bother to sent tickets or contact them because it would take forever for them to reply a single ticket. For now you dont have any choice but to wait up until they do resolve it out. Lucky if they would but if not then its a disaster thing.
It's true they have a turtle support but getting your money after a year is still better than not getting anything.
The waiting game is so friggin' hard which is why if you're gonna do it, you ought to do everything you can to increase your chances. Spending 10 minutes for sending a ticket ain't that exhausting anyway.
Sending ticket isnt hard but shouldnt be done on spammy way because it would cause even more delay to them. 1 year wait isnt easy
