It's hard on the newbies, they're less knowledgeable, and they need merit to rank up.
It's hard to post quality posts, so who's going to give them merit???
But some need a certain amount of posts (Merit and Activity) to join campaigns.
And this is where you lost anyone who had hung in there to read the whole post.
Don't come here to join campaigns and make money. Yes I wear a SIG, before you go there. I didn't start that way though, I was a member nearly full I think when I discovered the campaigns and figured why not if I'm already that active on the forum.
Quality posts aren't hard there are an abundance of guides out there for ways to improve, but it usually boils down to this. Don't post in a mega thread, AD something of value, or even ask a decent question and engage in a conversation on the topic.
Edit: FTFY, most sig campaign seekers have no issue spamming enough posts
