Definitely Yes. You can buy bitcoin today. Remember the strategy buy low and sell high. It is safe to buy bitcoin at a different price. If the price will get higher you can earn and get profit higher. I guess just try to buy the bitcoin with small amounts at this rate and then you can buy again when the price will be dipping again.

If I think the market has passed the falling stage. I would not say that I expect much growth, but I do not think there will be a red day anymore in the near future. So I think now is a good time for investment, but if you are not sure then you can first analyze for several weeks ahead.
