As you can see NEO on bittrex is still in a dangerous zone 0.005532 we have marked as R1. Right now pricing is right below R1 @0.005180.
We will wait for R1 turning into a support before we will enter a trade. If R1 turns into a resistacne price will go down further to 0.003456. Open up a LONG then.
If R1 is turning in to a support zone: BUY
