At what for absolutely not clear strategy
With a purchase price of about 400 satosh, a large order for the purchase of 1,000 satosh
And this is not the first time
If a person buys, then does he know something? or they are just unsuccessful investors
What do you think ?
I think it's a bag holder trying to make an exit pump so he can cut his losses or just a trader buying dead coins/token @ random looking to make a pump for some profit but you can't really tell there are lots of whale on CE so you never know for sure until see it just pray you're lucky to sell in the pump At what for absolutely not clear strategy

Most definitely a well-played system by some pump and dump traders who still doesn't release all their stash. Still zero returns on Pos so needs volume/ trade a month to avoid getting delisted. So better not fall into their trap.
