My 54,012 LEND withdrawel from Exchange to Exchange wallet is "Pending Status" more than 24 hours,
Exchange said that "It is on blockchain Be Patient"
Is there any way to get confirmation, or accelerate ERC20 transaction?
Is there any miner can help me?
Is there any suggestion?

i guess you can try to request to re-broadcast your transaction again. Due to the there are some people are wasting and spamming the ethereum network and it makes your txid will not appear caused by your transaction was on the low priority.
