That's exactly what i am thinking since i started investing in cryptocurrency especially in bitcoin. I have been researching too how bitcoin really started and to my surprise, it only has a very cheap market value below 1$ since it was launched and now it has a staggering value of thousands of dollars. With its gigantic market cap, i think it will forever remain as the king of cryptoworld.
i guess you are already a millionaire right now？ because you said earlier that you have followed the story of bitcoin ever since it was still unpopular. oh well , when it comes to the legacy of bitcoin i also think that bitcoin will remain the number 1 crypto coin based on its current stats right now.
no one has ever bypass its price in the past 9 years of its existence . that is already a solid proof or evidence that bitcoin is the king and will be the king forever.
