Everyone has to explicitely agree with "This is my only account" prior registration. I don't think it can be more clear than that

Accepting terms is known as a way companies use to protect themselves against a lawsuit, not to give the company permission to steal money from them.
Would you think it is acceptable for your cell phone company to go into your bank account and take your money? What if they said it was in their 80 page disclosures that you agreed to?
It is no different here.
