I think most;y now large investors and institutions invest in ICO and it's easier for them to buy during crowdsale and not to worry. and then just wait for the asset to rise in price. Such investors are usually rarely buying  on the stock exchange , they take for a very long time, and not for the purpose of short-term speculation
