Yes you should, there is absolutely no reason as to why you shouldn't, The market is currently investor friendly as they are cheaply available due to the red market, Dont however just buy any coin, Look for quality coins with high Growth chances that will recover the lost value  when the market opens up  and the bull run resumes.
