I would like to add from my side that exchage https://altex.exchange IS NOT IN FAULT with that issue. Last night our Team took ones again webwallet sources onto workshop and we did find issue with double generated out keys to one transaction. Issue was fixed straight away and webwallet is fully functioning and transfers made reaching reciepients addresses without any kind of problems. We also did test situation when somebody can mix payment_ID and again NO ISSUES.

So please, do not spread FUD, ANGER and any such to altex.exchange either to us. Both parties involved to that situation have been surprised. We were doing as much we could to do not let it go worst that it was and I did ask you to do not do nothing and do not take any advantages from because we knew that those coins will come back where them came from. Altex did close wallet on our ask to prevent both sides before furher problems.
