I don't understand how on HitBTC could be order on sale CL token, if deposit token on exchange is not possible
I think this is due to the fact that there are already some tokens on the exchange, and HITbtc wants them all sooner or later brought from the exchange
Apparently it was the initiative of the exchange. And this exchange is famous for the fact that it is the first to introduce futures, when the coins when even the contract is not unlocked. Previously, at least they often practiced this at their stock exchange.
