You are correct about this. Trustlogics will really lessen the verification processes and will make the process a lot faster because all of the requirements was already documented and saved on the database. The speed of the process will definitely doesn't affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.

I was also thinking. What if there will be more and more users or applicants asking for verifications, so the process will be slower for sure. Validators has to do their job manually to make sure they gather the right informations about the applicants so i think it will take time for them.
