As we can see in 2017 It's like a bubble everyday new ICO's with few pages whitepaper,just a business plan no founder details,no physical address.
I've got a rough statistics. Each month 300-350 companies appear. 90% of them are useless, and only 1-2% out of the rest 10% are interesting! It's up to you to draw any conclusions.
