How its possible its something fishy for sure if bitcoin price goes up all crypto prices goes up its impossible situation every time me see saying it cause each crypto trader buyer and sellers are different and each user who buys crypto buys difrent crypto at one time how come eveyone buys all crypto at one time and all crypto prices goes up at same time did u thought that ever

I can't explain why it does so happens but I could state a hypothesis. The fact that consumer-wise bitcoin dominates the whole cryptocurrency scene gives it hold even to the control of the price. And since it is the biggest cryptocurrency yet, Everything that happens on bitcoin would seem like it would reflect to smaller cryptocurrencies, therefore, when bitcoin increases, the demand for other coins also increases.its for sure something fishy or not convincing what u think of it guys !
