My favorite saying "the time to buy is when there's blood in the streets, even if the blood is your own." by Baron Rothschild. I always thought of it everytime i see the market tainted with blood.
I agree with this, people get very timid with their investments once things begin to go in the wrong direction but it is precisely at moments like this where you can find the best deals and you need to take advantage of it, if you do not then you are going to regret it when the next bull market comes.
