Consensus is not borne of ignorance or fear but of hope and inspiration. You don't appear to understand what I or Isolani159 want to do with our ERC20 tokens. The proliferation of chess tokens doesn't hurt ChessCoin but it introduces markets to the chess ecosystem.

I cannot speak for Isolani159, but ChessCash as a token is a smart contract for my community, it is how I initiate my CFD and implement value exchange within my community. It also introduces the prospect of a forex market between ChessCash and any other chess crypto. This could lead to day trading on Chess Crypto Forex. This is what keeps a coin alive, not just building a team of developers to make a set of new interfaces. These are quite simple concepts but it seems not understood by most of the people on this thread.


I never asked if you would support ChessCash, it is doing its job as a functional token and does not need your support or approval.

Someone could create 100 ethereum ERC20 tokens overnight and that should not impact on your ChessCoin blockchain, for the reasons you eloquently set out and more if you actually know what you are doing. And I think this is the issue there are too many people on this thread that are happy to throw flames at anyone who doesn't see ChessCoin as the only coin that should be in existence.

I think your focus should be on making ChessCoin the coin to rule all chess coins and tokens.

ChessCoin has taken a few steps back today because the Foundation refuses to allow a free market in the Chess ecosystem. As you said yourself if you don't develop ChessCoin it will die, but the development needed is not in way you set out in technical features but in functional use.
