I am wondering if Universa in a staking pool is a good idea?

UTN is a potential coin for staking and they listed Universa as a candidate, I think that's a good idea for them but I'm not familiar with the Pool of Stake, is Pool of stake legit?
When they will create own coins? And how to change them if I bought tokens on exchange? Or swap will be automatically?
they have created UTN on Universa mainnet and token swap will be opened once the UTN distribution on Universa mainnet ends
I don't know much about the staking but according to the knowledge I have is by holding concerned coins they will share some percentage of coins on yearly basis. So I think proof stake is really interesting one to hold the coins in concerned wallets.
