Off course they all are the same and you dont have to mix up the things only at one point, the way price movement occurs and depends on various factors is completely different for both of the markets. I mean crypto is very much volatile as compared to the stocks and stocks are very much slow at its movement! It can take ages for them to move up and down. On the other hand crypto market is far too sensitive and keeps moving up and down all the time. So we can have great deals here as compared to the stocks.
