How is it legit? what about it is legit? If they had real plan and business idea, they would go through reputable sources.
They would have their act together and have everything ready before they came out.
They would have their business registered, website done, bank accounts, they would list the Law firm they are working with.
Anyone that does not have a Law firm with this kind of project is on the wrong path and is hiding something.
As a hedge fund manager, I know the signs of SCAMS.
