I am interested to know how does the return policy of Fair Ninja works if the buyer is not satisfied with what he had received? What is needed to do this and what are the conditions when you are returning an item? Should I drop-off the item on a certain partnered courier or they will pick up the item on our house?
I know that the buyer have only 2 weeks of grace period to return the items to seller if they did not like it and not satisfied... And part of the buyers money that already deposited in fair ninja will use to return the items to the seller...
