Are you serious about Twitter? 😒🤔 Although I havent seen any kind of advert about Bitcoin, but I do see some pages that tweets about Bitcoin and they are still up and running without being banned. Unless maybe they started this one newly, maybe due to Facebook did such a thing.
Maybe OP is talking about the recent ban/suspend of the @bitcoin twitter handle, but it's not that bitcoin/crypto related account or twitter handle talking about crypto will be banned in twitter.
But Facebook has reversed their ban on cryptocurrencies, people can now advertise any form of crypto related business on Facebook now.
Facebook has a different story here, they don't ban any fb account with crypto-related nor suspend them, ads with investment scheme like some ICOs are the one whos prohibited.
