Yes I was thinking about redhat too, but it would be cool if there was an organization that offered free advice or support. Of course with free you can't expect the same level of service as a professional consulting business, but I think it would be great if something like this existed.

Yes I know open source does not mean there is no or can't be cost around service or even the software itself.
