wondering if OP is still around.  I have a Powercolor RX 470 red dragon (single fan) that I think I flashed the wrong BIOS to.  It will no longer allow the rig to boot (Windows freezes the computer with black screen after first set of circle of dots on boot)

I'm going to try this card by itself in a different computer, but what is the procedure for reflashing back to stock BIOS (I did save original before flashing).
