Given the current prices you're seeing, you wouldn't even have to be dealing in fractions; 1 CAT is fairly close to fiat values.

Price is going up even if not as fast as difficulty. We're heading to 1btc for 1k cat and in my opinion it will raise more.
Why do i think it will raise more?
1) Fair launch: no premine and many people mining the very first day.
2) Scarcity
The problem is that people who start mining from the beginning does not realise their real price. Soon all of them sell their coins and market will find the right price.
