Maybe if you are involved in mining it would be worth it to move there...it seems the state saw this move as a way to leverage their electricity surplus, they generate so much of it that they just end up sending it to other states (miners could definitely benefit from this). In general, the state boasts large reserves of different types of energy, it seems like a smart move on their part.
