I've checked some PH based crypto and they really focused on the value of their coin and not building or making projects or services that will utilize their coin. I think one best approach so that they can contribute to the country is partner to businesses especially the payment centers, establishments, etc.
Yes i agree that most PH crypto usually focused on value. Have you seen Loyalcoin? This crypto currency has real projects with several big partners.
