May I know if the Validators are individual or a should it be a company to a country? I am considering to be one in my own country to be able to help the hiring industry to be very reliable and free from any dishonest applicants that fake their employment credentials and work experience.

The reason why they need to hired the validators in order to prevent having fake applications and dishonest applicants.
