Nexty team i just want to say that i think its bad form and bad business when you make promises and have people do different tasks for you,  then turn around and refuse them the payment promised. I was part of your april airdrop: i conpleted all your tasks, submitted the kyc that was required at the time and entered my address. But because your system was delayed in processing the kyc over 2 weeks i kept checking back to see if  approved so   the coins.could be withdrawn to my mobile wallet. After 2 weeks, I stopped checking figuring to  allow time for you guys to catch up. Well i finally had time to check and see if i could finally withdrawl. Instead, low and behold  i find your website no longer has a wallet page for the coins. So in an effort to resolve this, i reached out to your telegram channel designated to bounties and airdrops for assistance. Instead I'm basically called a liar when they tell me that there is no kyc verification which may be true now but at the time im concerned with there definately was. After showing them browser history of that fact. Was any assitance offered to help resolve. Issue i am told that i needed to folow the directions and its my problem not theres. I know i followef the directions but even if i messed up they should have at least checked it out. The fact that they didnt appear to even be aware that at one point kyc was required tells me they just wanted to get my problem off there plate with the least amount of effort on their part with out even wanting to hear anything that may cause them to be wrong. For all i care you can keep the coins there was only a hundred of them because if this is how your currency and the people managing it are going to treat people and the issues they are having with aspects of the management of that coin then that coin is doomed . i would say that mine is an isoated case but since every question i looked at asked befor and after mine started and ended with "therefore nothing we can do for you"  i know its not isolated but rampant.
So anyway i just wanted to share my opinion and my experience with you . One last suggestion is if you dont want to or cant pay out to all you airdrop participants then common logic woukd say don't have an airdrop.  Your taking a gift ment to build love of your coinand loyalty and perverting it into something that is creating something much worse distaste, distrusr and distane. Hope yoi can pull you customer serviceout of its downward spiral free fall.
