The news in term of development are actually decent, with LN getting closer to a release, so I think this is just temporary.

Fluctuation on bitcoin price is very normal. Price fluctuation in crypto very high maybe crypto market still unregulated market and peoples easy to be panic when they reading negative news. Panic and selling our coin at lower price is not an option if we want to make profits in this market.
