It will either used for good and it can also used to destroy someone or to make a scam... Bitcoin itself is not a scam... It will depends on the user of it... Maybe bitcoin can easily penetrate by this scammer but it is the reason why you will judge it... Better try to read and search information about for you to get enlightened...
