It shouldn't be so much focus on the merit points, because it's damn difficult to get them.
99% of the users at BCT don't give out merits at all...
You can compare new rules with rules from previous campaign.
4. The rewards will be proportionally distributed to participants based on the following point system:
Member: 1
Full Member: 2
Sr. Member: 4
Hero Member: 8
Legendary: 16
Are there many differences?
So, it's not such important merits or ranks. But some users with additional merits can get more SEMs.
