I was about to send him 100 CATs first, but he went offline and didn't confirmed the deal. I doubt he is a scammer, unless he scammed someone for more way more.

I started mining cat coins yesterday, i have 350 K/hs but have only mined 3 coins thus far. Is that average? Tis mighty painful. I'd love to know your stats. I may have to jump on the boxing day band wagon and pick up a nicer GPU for cheap if i can make enough $.

Yeah, I'm afraid that is average based on the current difficulty. I'm on 250 Khash/sec, and I didn't even get a full cat coin from mining overnight.

Good to know. I thought there may be some sort of discrepancy with my configuration (new to the whole crypto mining thing). And as the difficulty rises, the yield is less, correct?
