according to me personally, If you here trade and make money. As long as you trust your investment, invest both. But if you are afraid of the unstable nature of the crypto it's better to invest in the stock market because they are real companies and there are rules so your money is safer there. I do not think there is anything better than both because this is a different choice for everyone.
