In my opinion, the market is downtrend long and do not know when the new market uptrend so you can sell it for cut and exchange for new coins, hold for profit even need bigger patience than before. I can not recommend anything because you have a different mindset and strategy and I do not know what plan. I can tell you like this, you can sell it but lose value to protect asset form bigger and change become another coin. Another way is, keep hold and buy another coin with your back up the fund to recover the loss.
