It is not going to happen that he moves all his coins into one single exchange. He will not able withdraw them all.
If he actually sells all his coins, he needs to place a lot of orders to get the best profit out of them. Or he will buy at the very bottom which will makes the market moves in a weird way and cause a huge dip.
