In your opinion, due to what did 0xcert reach the hard cap?

It seems to me that the idea is the main point. There were no real alternatives in the market, thats why 0xcert was popular.

As for me, i think that you should thank RP-department for excellent work.

Frankly speaking, i didnt notice them to do anything. Just a couple of conferences and several mentions in media

You forget about bloggers, they have also made significant contribution, describing features of this project.

Nope, it was obvious at exhibitions. Bloggers came and asked for interview, no one forced them. The ICO was held without any shortcomings!
