I will be okay to use forum escrow, I will also pay the escrow fees whatever the amount it will be. You send the BTC to the escrower. Once the BTC will be confirmed from the escrower then I will pay you the taka (BDT) in bank or in cash or in Bikash. Once you receive money then the escrower will release the BTC to me.
