neo can go under $5 but if btc goes to under $2k or so. otherwise neo never will drop under $30. we are in a big bear market and btc price is going down and down. if btc recover neo will be one first pump coin. Neo has big community support , give gas to holders and there are many new ICOs on NEO so i think neo can reach $200 in coming big bull run. So no worry about neo but worry about btc price
