No Premine at all. At least not from developers. The Block Chain started at Block one. There was a User on the pool with a chinese sounding nick in the first few hours, putting in 30 Mh/s or something, mining a lot of the early coins, but he wasn´t the first, as far as I can tell. He must have made a decent amount of Xiv, but not for long, since people jumped on the band wagon fast, myself included.
