It is correct - that Steven works at Essence - and holds the CEO position of a company called Qoin Global OÜ in estonia under which Qoin employs many freelance developers.
Jennifer however has been a treat to Qoin since they started to get the ball rolling - and helped them establish not only a complete financial infrastructure but also a family-esque environment. Through odds and ends and numerous glasses of wine Steven inquired to get her on board as temp. LPM.
I can assure you - that these people dedicate more work to our vision than anyone can possibly fathom.
To quit an extremely high-paying position to work for a company that is not yet profitable - and as we do not pay our executives from the money we've raised, would yield no monthly pay - is not as easy as it sounds.
