He doesn't want to be moderator himself. Some experimented french users of the forum already proposed themselves.
What is meant by "experimental French users"? If they're newbies and JRs then there's probably not much hope in getting them to be mods full/sr+ might have a chance at it though...

First of all, that was just an example.
Because I asked them that many questions
. There was a thread on it, I tried to google it but with no avail. Accuracy was 99% if I remember rightly and what do you mean by forums, if you mean boards then no one actually really has that data other than Theymos so how would I know? And whenever they registered obvioulsy (2013).
