It's good to see how they continue promoting the project and having meeting with another companies. That means that the project is interesting enough to attract their attention.

Yes, that's a good sign. I bet many companies still don't know what blockchain technology is so it is not easy to find one in your area of business.
The first partnership is wonderful, I hope in this country there are still companies that want to cooperate with eHealth, medicine is huge sector, and Japan is country of advanced technologies.
