Not looking to part anything out yet, but as a quick tip it is cheaper per stick to buy 16GB 4x4 kits and separate them than individual 4gb DDR4 sticks . Think we saved like $10 per stick like that.

Everything is OBO. Whatever we don't have to move is less trips back and forth with the truck rental.
