We never know when the dip is over. But buying NEO right now for 57$ is a great buy. So i looking to add some more later today. Other coins that i might add is WTC,OMG and ICX.
I think in this of market status it is better to buy some trusted coins in the market like ethereum or bitcoin and even neo because there are some forecast that the price of those coins will increase again before the end of 2018.
