8.2. If you are found to be cheating, using multiple accounts, or abusing free withdrawals, then your account(s) will be closed and your funds confiscated including any investments.
The way I understand it, they want to make sure everyone knows the ToS and follows them as they see the consequences of a violation.
Maybe they are just trying to help us by making sure people see what happens when you are trying to cheat.
