SEMUX campaign's managers should check applied participants carefully in order to avoid allowing scammers to join the campaign.
Those sort of spammers tend to show their shits around, and of course SEMUX project will not get profits by paying for their shitshows.
Agreed! Negative trust members shouldn't be allowed to participate. They are banned from most signature campaigns. Maybe there's a way to automatically check trust...
If the negative rating actually reflected reality I would agree, but the way it is implemented on bitcointalk it means nothing.
I have been stuck with a negative rating for almost two years through no fault of my own. I'm sure many other people too.
I never scammed, I never spammed. I just got it along with everyone else who participated in a specific airdrop thread, asking for my share.
Some high trust user just decided to give all of us a negative because that particular project turned out to be a scam and he interpreted our replies as a form of "support" for the project
Even the semux account had negative ranking until recently so it would almost be hypocritical to ban negative rating members just for that.
