The project is still in early stages of development, and if you've purchased tokens, holding them until the team hit more goals on their roadmap will hopefully make you feel differently. The price of XYO on decentralised exchanges versus the website are different for a number of reasons. When you contribute to the official Gamma platform sale, you get access to the test web client - you don't when you purchase on DEXs. You are also eligible for airdrops only if you contribute via the official means. Finally, you are contributing directly to the long term growth and success of the Network via the official sale. In relation the advertising, it has not been publicised how much the team spent on this. However, detailed and thorough planning went into the team's advertising and marketting rollout strategy and it is very much aligned with the budget.

I appreciate you are concerned, however, the GAMMA sale does have an end which is scheduled for Q3/Q4 of this year in line with the mainnet being launched and/or the XY Oracle Network is running on stable ground via a healthy ecosystem.
Please remember that although the Idex listings are cheaper they exclude you from all the offers that you will receive from being an official XYO token holder. Such as, receiving a founders kit which includes a mining kit if you purchased over 5.4 ETH, the geo DApp air drops which will be taking place later this year and with much more to come from the team it is an exciting time to be a part of the project
