What ICO ..? As far I know, this coin does not do ico, they distribute coin through airdrop 1 and 2

As far as we have noticed, price is more or less stable only since CoinMarketCap added KanadeCoin.

Although you are right that the trading volume is low and the price as well is on the lower side, but we expect as awareness of KanadeCoin grows and development proceeds, more and more people will join our community which should eventually lead to betterment of KanadeCoin.
